Safety is our top priority. In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 3 (or higher) or a Red Rainstorm Signal (or higher) is hoisted, Victoria Harbour Cruise Tour will be cancelled. We will assist you in rescheduling your booking for a later date or issuing a full refund. Please contact us via email with your confirmation number, and we will handle your request promptly.

We are happy to assist you with free rescheduling to ensure you don’t miss out on the experience. Full refunds are also available under specific conditions. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will gladly help you with the arrangements.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we do not accept walk-ins. All tickets must be booked online in advance to guarantee your spot.

Our Tour Ambassadors will capture your memorable moments using professional cameras. You can download the photos instantly by scanning the QR codes located on the yacht tables or by asking any of our crew members. Please ensure to download your photos within 5 days.

Once your payment is processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us containing your booking details and boarding instructions.

Please check your “Spam” or “Junk” mail folder first. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will assist you immediately.

Seating on board is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at the pier 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

You are welcome to bring light snacks and beverages. However, please remember that we provide unlimited complimentary snacks and drinks on board for you to enjoy throughout the journey!

If you do choose to bring your own food, please kindly note that cutlery is not provided on board.

Yes, luggage and strollers are allowed on board. However, please note that Dream Cruise is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, so please keep an eye on your belongings.

We warmly welcome guests using wheelchairs to join us. However, please kindly note that due to the design of the pier and the yacht, we are unable to offer barrier-free access. While our crew will be ready to assist you during boarding and safely lift your wheelchair onto the deck, guests will need to be able to make the short step onto the vessel.
