Be there 15 minutes early! Arriving a little ahead of time ensures a smooth boarding and gives you first pick of the best spots on deck. See you at the pier!

Seating on board is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at the pier 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

If you miss the tour, we’ll do our best to tuck you into a later time slot. Just keep in mind that since we have a strict passenger limit, we can’t always guarantee a spot. Try your best to be on time so you don’t miss the fun!

Nope! It’s all included. Our Tour Ambassadors capture your best moments with professional cameras for free. Just scan the QR code on your table or ask the crew to download your high-res photos instantly! Just a heads-up: make sure to save them within 5 days before the gallery closes!

You’re welcome to bring light snacks, but remember unlimited drinks and snacks are already on us! If you do bring a feast, just keep in mind we don’t provide cutlery on board.

We’d love to have you! While the pier and yacht aren’t “barrier-free,” our crew is ready to help lift your wheelchair onto the deck. You’ll just need to be able to take one short step to board the vessel. Let’s get you on the water!
