To keep you safe and smiling, we pause operations if a Typhoon Signal No. 3 (or higher) or a Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted. If the weather cancels your fun, don’t worry we’ll happily reschedule your tour or provide a refund. Just shoot us an email with your confirmation number, and we’ll take care of the rest!
